Warranty

We offer a one (1) Year guarantee from the purchase date, on all the materials we use and our craftmanship. If any bag fails because of workmanship or defects, we will fix or replace your Pinder Bags at no charge. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. We know our laptop bags are built with the best quality out there. We stand behind them and are very proud of them. Now this doesn't mean that a bag will last forever. No bag does. If someone tells you otherwise then you need to tell them that they should consider a career in politics because that simply isn't possible. Any Thin bag we will replace under our warranty. Any giddy-up with that is defective prior to six month of purchase will be replaced by the exact case purchased. Any Giddy-up that is defective after 6 month will be sent a case that is available. All warranties after 6 month will be charged shipping charges The procedure for replacing the bag under our warranty policy, by e mailing us at warranty@pinderbags.com and request a warranty form.

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you want to return a laptop bag because it wasn't the exact color you wanted or you ordered the wrong size, please keep the bag in new and re-sellable condition and we'll gladly take it back within 20 days of your purchase and give you a refund for the bag purchased.
