My laptop isn't listed in the Laptop Size Finder. Will my laptop fit?

First you'll need to know the dimensions of your laptop with your screen in the closed position. You can measure it with a tape measure. You can then compare it to the dimensions listed on our product page.

Do you do any custom logo work?

What if the Pinder case that I ordered was shipped wrong?

1. If you think you got the wrong case, please verify the color and size, by opening up the Black Drawstring pouch that Pinder cases come in. 2. Check the color 3. Check the tag for the part number 4. If you verified that it is indeed the wrong case, please call our toll free number, our live chat or via E-mail at Support@pinderbags.com 5. If we sent you the wrong case we will issue a call tag and ship you out the proper one ASAP.
